The Wendy House

The Wendy House is being created in loving memory of Wendy Taylor, the mum of our founder Carly Taylor.

Wendy sadly took her own life in April 2014. She was a friend to so many who loved her and miss her. She was a loving mum and friend to her daughter Carly. Despite her own battle with anxiety and depression she still always manged to be the one person to often bring light to many.
Her dream was to one day retire to a quiet place in the countryside. Wendy adored little wooden houses.

We decided we still wanted to make that dream happen and for it to be for the greater good of many more people.
We would like to build a beautiful little wooden cabin. As we are advocates for radical self-care and love the aim is that this sacred little place will be for available for people to take some quiet time simply to rest when needed. Once built it will be offered to rent on a donation basis.

It symbolizes that dreams live on with the never ending presence of Love.
The (virtual) Wendy House project would also like to team up with various wholehearted people who would like to offer their services on a pro bono basis to people in need. (Ideally those who can offer sessions on line at present. More information coming soon.

If you are interested in helping us fundraise for this project we would be so happy to hear from you.
