“We invited Carly as part of our annual MORETOGETHER WEEK in Cisco. The theme was “mental health and well being”. Carly is a very calm and understanding person. A listener who works with clients who have trouble focussing and coping with the effects of work and life stress. Her presence and ability of saying the right words at the right time have made her class memorable. She shared practical tools such as breathing techniques and exercises which help instantly and take only 10 minutes. She gave simple tips about how to deal with stress on a daily basis. We want to thank Carly and hope we soon have the pleasure again.”
Melanie Goddard, Inclusion & Collaboration Lead Cisco, Portugal
“Carly organized and led weekly classes for group of neuroscientists interesting in learning about meditation. Using the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali as a foundation, she created a beautiful space for us to explore and experience various methods of conscious breathing, meditation, and self-reflection. The classes were a great introduction for the students, who appreciated Carly’s exploratory approach to the topics.”
