Be held – For loss and grief 4 week course. Yoga for Grief and Holistic Integrative grief coaching.
This unique course will offer a supportive environment to help you during times of loss. A safe and sacred space will be provided for you to come together with others. You will be guided through very gentle, compassion focussed, yoga based practices to help ease the immense physical affects that the experience of grief has on the body. You will be offered other simple creative practices to honour your loss in a way that feels right for you. A sharing circle and always time for tea.
Most of all a space where judgment is left at the door and courage, kindness and love is what holds us.
