Here I am!
I am done with sugar coating! I like raw, real, authentic people in my life. Community and friendship mean the world to me. A good dose of grounded balance alongside an inquisitive heart and mind is what I stand for.
Ocean walks, gentle yoga, café culture and dogs bring light to my life at times when my nervous system feels frazzled. Too much woo woo, too much party and even too much of the so called ‘clean living’ can tip my Libra scales out of balance. I have learned, that the path back to balance happens… when I keep it gentle, simple and grounded!
I share with you my work via
I am here to meet you where you are; in your pain and in your joy. Above all to companion you in creating your most compassionate and loving life, and to help you learn dedicated self-care by sharing with you what has helped me find a sense of balance gratitude and hope in this sometimes confusing, yet still beautiful world.
If you are looking for a radical ‘5 steps to your most awesome life in 5 minutes’ type of protocol then I may not be the one for you.
However, if you are looking for a safe space, without judgment, to discover practical tools which facilitate feeling grounded and lighter; if you would like to lay internal foundations rooted in courage and compassion; and if you wish to prepare yourself to move gently forward with more inner stability, joy and readiness for your next chapter; then please get in touch with me to find out more.
I endeavour to support the creation of meaningful connections for both business’s and individuals and promote community engagement. Additionally, I work alongside business’s to implement and review in-house staff wellness protocols.
I would love to connect with you.
Grief, heartbreak and being a sensitive girl in an intense world have been catalysts for learning, growth and positive transformation in my life because I find relief in acceptance and kindness to myself and others, and in discovering what it means to be gentle. Through the most challenging of times, I have witnessed my true strength emerge… read my story.
